UPDATE: A couple of you have pointed out that the original announcement didn't specify a date! The meeting will be on
Sunday, Feb. 21 at the BSU Student Union Building (see below for exact location). Also, there will be prizes! We have some raspberry starts to give away, as well as a copy of Earthly Delights Farm 2010 Gardening in the Treasure Valley calendar. See you there!
Hello Boise-area Sustainable Living Advocates

It is once again time for our monthly meeting and this month we have something special!
Special GuestCasey O'Leary, of
Earthly Delights Farm has agreed to attend our meeting and answer our gardening questions. Wondering what to plant? When to plant? Where to plant? How to plant? Come ask Casey! You can also take the opportunity to sign up for any of her
workshop events for this year, talk to her about her
CSA and hire her to
landscape your property in a sustainable manner.
Seed SwapIn addition to your gardening questions, bring any seeds you have to share and we'll have a
seed swap! This is a great chance to share a little of your gardening experience, tell others what you like to grow and what you've found grows well in Boise.
So bring family, friends, neighbors, co-workers...anyone interested in gardening and get a jump on your garden plans. You may even want to bring a sketch of your gardening area to share with others and/or to get some feedback from Casey on companion planting ideas.
Where are We Meeting? As usual, we will be meeting in the Boise State University Student Union Building. We'll be meeting at 3 p.m. in the new glassed-in area right outside the cafeteria (north side of the building). Once everyone has arrived, we'll find either a room or quiet corner.
We hope to see you there!
