Just wanted to share my current bicycle project:  To add an electric assist to my Extracycle.  I currently have all the parts, including an electric motor out of a wheelchair, and have come up with a basic design that I think will work.  Now I just need to get a piece welded and put it together.  I'll let you know how it turns out!  Wink

Sounds pretty cool, I can ask my friend Don at work if he would weld the bracket on for you.  I think his house is on the bench somewhere, we could ride over on a Saturday.
