Looking for someone to teach a composting class!

Greetings all:

I'm currently on the search for someone who is very experienced or preferably certified to teach composting classes.  I work at Boise State University as a Peer Educator focusing on areas of sustainability and I would love to have someone come and do a class on composting for both students and faculty.  Does anyone know of anybody in the community that would be interested?  If so please let me know. 

Also, I helped to write a grant for a community garden on campus.  We were awarded the grant!!  It is very exciting and we are going to need a lot of help so all of you who have garden expertise and are interested in lending your help please let me know if you would like more information.

I have done a great deal of composting in my life.  I might be able to do something like this, can you give me more info?  I started composting when I was in my early 20's and I am now 58.  I could even tell them about my first compost disaster.
