There is a property for sale near our west Boise neighborhood.  We'd love more like-minded folk nearby, so I'm posting it here in case anyone is looking.

It has an older home on it and that would need some TLC.  But the orientation of the home is perfect for both passive and active solar.  Property has its own well, flood irrigation and city services.  Home is at front of property.  Huge lot extends behind for great urban ag potential.

Address is 9902 Sunflower, Boise.  You can look up this parcel by address on the ada county assessors site or google it to find a listing.  You really should see this lot.  If you're interested in sustainable living in Boise, this property is hard to beat.

I wish we had the money to buy that place.  I looked at the sattelite view on Google maps and it looks like a nice parcel of land.
