Wow!  What can I say!  What a great turn out for the first BSLC / Idaho Bounty's Earth Week Eat Local Potluck Picnic.  Great food, great music, great people!  Although it was a bit cool and windy, our spirits kept us warm as we shared our stories about our food contributions - so much local food!

Thank you all for coming out yesterday - we had local food providers, BSLC members, Idaho's Bounty members, long-time Boise residents who have just heard about BSLC or IB, newcomers to the Boise area, and all local food consumers!

A ton of raffle prizes were given out, money was raised for Idaho's Bounty, ice cream was made, apple crisp baked, connections made and musicians played.

We will be posting soon a list of our sponsors and contributors and we also will be posting a list of all of the food that was shared - thank you all!

A big Thank You to all who participated in the Eat Local Potluck!

So many people created amazing dishes to share made with local food and local love.  And we had a nice showing of people who arrived on bike and on foot, food and drink in tow.  Yay!

A HUGE Thank You to The Giant Leprechauns for the wonderful music, and to the following sponsors for their generous donations.  Please remember to support your local producers.  Click these links for more information:
