Hey everyone! 

We are changing the location of the BSLC meeting on Sunday to turn it into a work party / meeting.

We are going to help clean up the new Idaho's Bounty Treasure Valley food distribution warehouse which is located at 5858 Franklin Road (http://www.mapquest.com/maps?city=Boise&state=ID&address=5858+Franklin+Road#a/maps/m::12:43.603352:-116.254386:0:::::/e).  The building is just next to the Chevron at Curtis and Franklin. 

Here is Anneliese's message:

We will want cleaning supplies.  There are two bathrooms to clean, and a floor and some windows to clean.  I'm not sure how homey we can make the front space, but it'd be great to get some feedback on what we can do with it once it's cleaned up.  There's a power-washer we can use, but this would probably require large brooms for putting the water in the floor drain.  Ladders might be helpful, too.

So lets plan same time - 3:00 pm at the address above.  Bring some local food snacks to share and water / refreshments.  If you have any cleaning supplies, brooms or ladders (or anything else that might be helpful), send a message to Anneliese so she can coordinate:
anneliese@greeningup.net.  Keep in mind we need to be "GREEN" and "ORGANIC" so no solvents, nasty things, etc.

Here is an update from Ann regarding our BSLC Meeting / Cleaning Party at the new Idaho's Bounty Warehouse location on Sunday at 3 pm.


1. Idaho's Bounty will be donating food credits to the cleaning crew.  You can redeem them through BSLC's buying club in case you don't have a membership.
2. The place is very dusty.  You might bring a mask/respirator or some kind of cloth to cover your nose and mouth.
3. You may want to bring gloves.  Both rubber gloves and work gloves would be helpful.

Some cleaning supplies might be coming through Bittercreek/Redfeather.  They have been so helpful in so many ways regarding Idaho's Bounty.


So for all of you BSLC members - grab a mask, bring some gloves, a broom, a ladder if you have one, something to drink and some snacks to share - lets get this place cleaned up for Idaho's Bounty!
