so, here's the deal:  I have a little farm here in Emmett.  My husband just took a new job and we have to move.  I've spent the last 5 years building up a gorgeous flock of Mama Sheep and Chickens.  I sell all natural lamb and multi-color eggs, and  I raise our own turkeys.  We have 9 1/2 acres with a gorgeous view and a snug home on a hill side.  The real estate market is in the toilet and I need to find someone who wants to carry on with what I've started.  Also, winter.  Not the best time to market ANY property.  So... does anyone out there have a vision to have a farm?  One where EVERY animal on the place has a name AND a personality?  There is so much potential here that hasn't even been tapped.  Our very efficient ALL electric home could easily be tranformed into having wind or solar power.  We heat with a EPA rated woodstove - and harvest some of the wood from our own property.  We have a wonderful like-minded community.  I love my neighbors and the schools are even good.  Help!

Wow...so sorry to hear that you have to leave it.  Sad  But what an opportunity for somebody!  If we hadn't just bought our home, I know I'd be mighty tempted.

Anybody out there know of someone who might be interested?
